Finnish police have identified the Chinese-owned container carrier NewNew Polar Bear as the main suspect in damaging the gas pipeline. Both Estonia and Finland are investigating the incidents, with NATO increasing patrols in the Baltic Sea. China has expressed willingness to cooperate with the investigation.
