China says Afghan Taliban must reform before full diplomatic ties December 04, 2023 at 10:36PM
China stated that before receiving full diplomatic recognition, Afghanistan's Taliban government must introduce political reforms, improve security, mend relations with neighbors, and respond to the expectations of the international community. China also emphasized the importance of living in harmony with all countries, especially neighboring countries, and integrating with the international community.
