Tens of thousands evacuate California storms, with 17 dead January 10, 2023 at 04:30PM

A lot of people are under evacuation orders in California because of the latest in a barrage of storms. The storms have left at least 17 people dead. The town of Montecito, home to Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, was pounded by rain and sparked an evacuation order. There were tragedies across the state.
