76 साल के पुतिन की जो क्लिप सामने आई है, उसमें वे बाथरूम से पांच बॉडीगार्ड के बाद निकलते दिख रहे हैं। एक बॉडीगार्ड उनके बाद दिखाई देता है। यह घटना पेरिस के एलसी पैलेस की है।

दोनों देशों के बीच बनी सहमति
रूस और यूक्रेन के बीच इस बात पर सहमति बनी की कि दोनों देश विवाद से जुड़े बंधकों को रिहा करेंगे। इसके अलावा, अगले साल मार्च के अंत तक यूक्रेन के तीन क्षेत्रों में सैन्य बलों को समाप्त करने का भी वादा किया।

इस्लामाबाद.पाकिस्तान के रेल मंत्री शेख रशीद अहमद ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के लिए आपत्तिजनक भाषा का प्रयोग किया है। रशीद ने शनिवार को उन्हें 'मोदी मुसोलिनी हिटलर' कहा। रशीद ने कहा- जिस तरह मोदी मुसोलिनी हिटलर भारतीय मुसलमानों के लिए समस्याएं खड़ी कर रहे हैं, वह दोनों देशों को युद्ध की तरफ ले जा सकता है।

पाकिस्तानी मंत्री रशीद ने कहा- कश्मीर और भारत में मुस्लिमों के साथ खड़ा होना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है। मोदी सरकार के कदमों से भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच मतभेदों में इजाफा होगा, जो युद्ध की तरफ ले जा सकते हैं।तीन दिन पहले (बुधवार को) रशीद ने कहा था कि युद्ध सिर्फ भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच नहीं होगा, बल्कि पूरा उपमहाद्वीप इसमें शामिल होगा।

पहले भी कर चुके हैं विवादित टिप्पणियां

रशीद की यह टिप्पणीउनके प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान की राय से अलग थी। इमरान ने कहा था कि परमाणु-संपन्न देशों के बीच युद्ध का अंत अच्छा नहीं होगा। रशीद पहले भी विवादित बयानबाजी करते रहे हैं। उन्होंने करतारपुर कॉरीडोर को भी पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान के बजाय सेना का प्रोजेक्ट बताया था।

हर जगह नाकाम रहा पाकिस्तान

5 अगस्त को कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाया गया था। इसके बाद से ही पाकिस्तान लगातार भड़काऊ बयान दे रहा है। पाकिस्तान ने भारत के साथ राजनैयिक संबंधों में कटौती की, तो द्विपक्षीय व्यापार भी निलंबित कर दिया। पाकिस्तान ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद में भी इस मामले को उठाया था, जहां उसे समर्थन नहीं मिला। अब उसने इस मामले को संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार परिषद और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय न्यायालय में ले जाने की बात कही है।
